🔍 Global Search
Finding something shouldn't feel like detective work. With Global Search, you can search across all your records for candidates, jobs, companies & contacts in one go — right from a single search bar, without having to choose where to look first.
How does it work?
Global search can be found at the top of your screen, in the exact same spot as the search bar you're used to. Just start typing and Carerix instantly searches through the most important entities all at once — no need to select a category beforehand.
What does this mean in practice?
One search for the main entities: Global search queries candidates, jobs, companies and contacts all in one go.
Instant clarity: For every result in the drop-down menu, you immediately see the dossier's name, status, and owner — as well as the location and linked contacts where applicable. This lets you identify the right record before even opening it, which is especially useful when managing multiple identical job openings.
Filter whenever you want: Got a lot of results? Use the tabs above the results to filter by entity type. Each tab displays the exact number of matching files found.
View more results: Your initial list shows up to 20 blended results across all entities. If there are more than 20 hits, simply click Show more to load the next 20.
Search by name, ID, or phone number: Global search uses a straightforward lookup system based on the record's name (first name, last name, full name, job title, company name, etc.). If you know the exact ID number, you can use that too. Received a call from an unknown number? Search the phone number directly to see if it matches an existing candidate or contact.

Pick up where you left off
Global search also remembers your five most recently visited dossiers. Clicking the search bar immediately brings up your recent history — perfect for quickly jumping back into a file you were working on, even from a previous session.
