✨ New Wizards in Carerix: Create Files Faster and Smoother!
Creating new files manually is now much easier and more streamlined. We have developed a completely new interface where we replace old, time-consuming multi-step processes with just one or two quick steps. This saves you plenty of clicks and, more importantly, valuable time!
On top of that, it looks super fresh and offers smart options for integrating third-party services. Think of reading Belgian ID cards with the eID service, or the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) integration that we are currently hard at work on.
The Key Changes at a Glance:
From 7 Steps to Just 1 (or 2)! ⚡ We have completely redesigned the search and filter steps for finding related files. For example, this reduces the match wizard from 5 or 7 steps down to just 1 single step! We opted for a simpler yet smarter way of searching. After all, in 99% of cases, you already know exactly which client you need. Searching by name or ID is sufficient and works much faster.
A Fresh Look & Feel 🎨 It’s all in the details! The new wizards align perfectly with the latest design principles and the style of MyAssistant.
Instant Overview 🔍 You can immediately see your options as soon as you start creating a new file.
Smart Candidate Wizard: Add candidates via CV extraction, start with a blank record, or read a Belgian ID card directly using eID.
'On the Fly' Deduplication: No more separate, time-consuming steps for candidate deduplication; Carerix now checks this live while you fill in the details!
💡 Good to know: We are currently in the controlled release phase. This means we are gradually transitioning more and more systems to these new wizards.

🔔 Direct Access to Your Activity from the Reminder
Have you set a reminder for a task, note, or appointment? From now on, you can click straight through to the relevant activity directly from the reminder popup! We have added a handy deep link to get you straight to the details: extra convenience and straight to the point. 🔥
🛠️ Minor Improvements & Bug Fixes
Smarter Searching: Find clients even faster with the new search filter for companies flagged as a 'competitor'.
Cleaner Overview: We removed the total number of hours a candidate is available from the 'available from' column. 🧼
Billing Made Easy (New Wizards): Extending a placement? Carerix now automatically copies the 'Your Reference' field into the billing section.
Lightning-Fast ID Search (New Wizards): Searching for related files and know the exact file number by heart? Just type it in and find it instantly! 🏹
Copying Job Orders (New Wizards): Want to copy an existing job order? You can now also find inactive job orders in the search results, as we have removed this filter for you. Please note: archived job orders will, of course, remain hidden.
