Great to hear that you’re getting started with Recruitment Marketing Automation (RMA featured by HireData). With RMA, you automate communication and recruitment processes within Carerix, fully integrated into your current way of working.

What is RMA?

RMA is an automation and communication tool within Carerix that enables you to:

  • Build automations (journeys) that respond to events, statuses, and conditions

  • Manage communication and actions centrally, linked to candidates and contacts

  • Send personalized communication by email and, if desired, via WhatsApp

  • Use forms to collect data in a structured way and process it directly in Carerix

RMA offers more flexibility than the standard Carerix triggers and makes it possible to create workflows and combine different processes

What will happen next

From the agreed start date in the contract, RMA will be activated in your Carerix environment. From that moment, RMA becomes visible to administrators and is technically available.

After that, we schedule a first session:

  • RMA as part of an (additional) upgrade with consultancy: usually on-site

  • RMA as a standalone product: an online session


First session – basic setup

Time investment: approximately 2 hours

During this session, we will:

  • Check and complete the technical activation

  • Review the general RMA settings

  • Configure branding, localization and sender settings

  • Set up the first default automations (e.g., email, forms, or internal process steps)

After this session, RMA is basically ready for use. Further expansion can be done independently or in follow-up sessions.

WhatsApp automations via RMA

If you want to use WhatsApp within RMA, several steps are required beforehand. Below you’ll find each component with the corresponding guides.

  1. WhatsApp Business Account (Meta)
    A non-personal business WhatsApp Business account, registered with Meta:

  4. Connecting WhatsApp to RMA
    Once the WhatsApp Business account and number are ready:

    • Log in to RMA

    • Go to Apps → WhatsApp

    • Start the connection with Meta

You can complete the connection between your META account and RMA yourself using the manuals above, or together with a Carerix consultant during the session.
