Connect your Business WhatsApp account to HireData for seamless communication

Welcome to our guide on setting up WhatsApp in HireData. Follow along to learn each step of connecting the two platforms via the embedded sign-up.
IMPORTANT: For the embedded sign-up to be completed, you need a WhatsApp Business Account and a phone number.
If you don't have an account yet, please set it up following this article.
Step 1: Choose your connection method.

Navigate to the [Settings], go to [Apps] and open the [WhatsApp app]
Go to the right upper corner and click on [New connection]
You will be presented with two options to connect your WhatsApp account to RMA
Embedded Sign-Up: This option allows you to use the WhatsApp Embedded sign-up feature for the easiest set-up.
System User: To connect your WhatsApp account via this option; you will need the WhatsApp Business Account ID and the Access Token (API Key)

Once you select a connection method, you will be taken to Facebook, where you will need to login to your Facebook account.
In Facebook you login with a personal Facebook account, always. Your personal account should be linked to your Business Account.
2. You will be redirected to the permission page, where you will be asked to connect your WhatsApp Business Account to HireData
By continuing, you will need to agree with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the META Terms of Service.

You've already created a WhatsApp Business Account.

You will need to complete the business information field, including:
Business Portfolio: Choose an existing portfolio or create a new one.
Business Name: The name of your Company
Business Website or profile page: If available, enter the URL of you company's website or social media profile.
Country: Select the country where your business is based.
Address (optional): You can also add your business address.
Once done: Click [Next] to proceed.

Enter the phone number that is linked to your Whatsapp Business Account
Select the correct country code and insert your phone number
Verification: Choose how you would like to verify the phone number via a text message or phone call.
You will get a 6-digit code. Enter the code in the field

Review HireData's access request
Confirmation Message:
If you have set up everything correctly, you will see this message at the end, and you will be ready to use RMA with WhatsApp!
