Directly connect your META Leads account to RMA and create matches automatically!
NOTE: It is only possible to create Matches (Candidate + Vacancy)
How to start with Meta Leads
Open the RMA app and go to 'Settings'
Go to 'Configuration' and click on 'Apps'
Click on the 'Meta Leads' App
Click on 'New connection' and setup your connection by logging into Facebook.
You always login with a personal account that is connected to the Business Suite.Follow the steps in Meta until the app is successfully connected
Configure your Meta Forms correctly
It is important to make sure that the data received by RMA is ready to migrate to Carerix.
Make sure the firstname and lastname of the lead are two values instead off 'full name'. In Carerix are two seperate fields used.
Add a parameter to your form to be able to enter a Vacancy nr. per Form. In this way, you are able to select the correct joborder to match on the right vacancy.
Configure your Carerix application
To make sure your lead is created with the right values, configure your application accordingly.
Make sure you have a matchstage for your leads to land on
Make sure you have a matchsource for your leads to land on
Create your automation
Step 1 of the automation - Meta Leads App
Make a new automation and start with the 'Meta Leads' app
Configure the Setup steps
* Select Lead -> Created
* Select the desired Facebook Page
* Select the desired Form
Step 2 of the automation - Find Vacancy
This step is to find the vacancy the candidate will be matched to. Benefits are that we can use the Vacancy data for further steps.
The Form in Meta is already configured with the 'Vacancy id' Parameter and you are able to use it in the automation.
NOTE: If the parameter is not available yet, it might take a refresh of RMA or Meta.
Step 3 of the automation - Add Job Application
Last step is to add a Job Application to Carerix. Here you match all the information from the Lead to a new application in Carerix.
Find the vacancy by matching vacancy ID with the {{lead.vacancy}}. This is the same variable as in the second 'find vacancy' step.
Find a candidate by matching the Private or Business Email to the {{lead.email}}
Fill in the desired field in the Match. Start with the Match stage and Source
Fill in the desired fields in the Candidate. Start with Firstname, Lastname, Email, Mobile and owner.
