Meta Leads integration with RMA
Are you using Facebook Lead Ads from Meta? Do you currently add the incoming leads to Carerix by hand? With the Meta Leads integration, that's a thing of the past.
In RMA you can set up your Meta Leads connection directly and have leads come in as a Match in Carerix.
👉🏼 Please note: It is only possible to create Matches, not candidates only.
Getting started with Meta Leads
Open the RMA app and go to 'Settings'
Go to 'Configuration' and click on 'Apps'
Click on the 'Meta Leads' App
Click on 'New connection', log in with your Facebook account and follow the installation steps.
You always log in with your personal Facebook account that is linked to the business account.
Configure the Meta forms
It is important that the forms in Meta are configured so the data can be passed on to Carerix correctly.
Make sure the "full name" field is split into "first name" and "last name", so these are two separate values that can go to Carerix.
Add a Parameter to the form with the Vacancy number. This number ensures the candidate is later matched to the vacancy that corresponds to the Campaign.
Configure your Carerix application
Configure Carerix so that the match can be created with the correct values.
Make sure a Match stage is available for the matches to land on and to be easily found in MyAssistant.
Make sure a Match source is available (META) that the leads can carry.
Create your automation
Step 1 - Meta Leads App
Create a new automation in RMA and start with the 'Meta Leads' app.
Configure the first setup steps.
* Select; Lead -> Created
* Select the desired Facebook Page
* Select the desired form
Step 2 - Find Vacancy
This step is to find the vacancy specified in the Form Parameters back in Carerix, so the candidate is matched to the right vacancy. The vacancy data can be used in the next step.
1. Select 'Vacancy' in the first step of the 'Find'
2. In the second step of the 'Find', select the Vacancy ID that was passed from the Facebook form.
👉🏼 Please note: If the parameter is not available yet, please be patient; Meta or RMA may need to be refreshed.
Step 3 - Add Job Application
The last step is adding the 'Job Application' in Carerix. In this step you determine where the incoming data is processed in Carerix.
Find the vacancy by matching the vacancy ID with the ID passed in the form parameter {{lead.vacancy}}. This works the same way as step 2.
Find a candidate by matching the candidate's email address to the email address coming in from the Lead {{lead.email}}.
Fill in the desired values at match level (Match stage, Match source)
Fill in the desired values at candidate level
First name, Last name, Email, Mobile number and owner.
