🔧 Release Notes Carerix 5.383
Each update includes improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and user experience. Not all changes are immediately visible, but whenever functionality or the interface is affected, we’ll highlight it below.
✅ Carerix Agenda sync for Google & Outlook
We’ve made major backend changes to the Agenda Sync with Outlook/Google, resulting in several improvements and fixes over the past weeks. The Planner has also been upgraded: you now have more flexibility in choosing start times, and you can add a Google Meet or Teams link directly to appointments.
💡 Read the full update and the latest status in our Help article.
Highlights:
✅ Fixed: appointment type color, correct file linking, sync period extended to -180/+180 days.
🔄 Coming soon:
Recurring appointments from colleagues not yet visible (fix expected end of August).
Google OutOfOffice/FocusTime/LocationType → read-only (fix expected end of August).
Sync appointments beyond +180 days into Carerix.
📆 Planner: more flexible start times + direct Google Meet/Teams link support.
✅ New filters for candidates based on talent pool info
You can now filter candidates by their presence in a talent pool that contains information in additional fields. For example: if you’ve added an extra field to your talent pools and want to find candidates in one (or more) pools with value X, you can now easily surface them in all candidate searches.
✅ Search & Match 3.0 (pilot)
We’re working on an OEM integration of The Matchbox technology in Carerix. This advanced AI-driven search helps recruiters make more meaningful and high-quality matches based on selected criteria. Currently, it’s being tested in a pilot program.
What’s new:
Tooltips showing the impact of adjusting the weighting indicator (so you can set how much importance to give each search criterion).
A match score detail screen (BETA) for deeper insight into why a candidate or vacancy received its score. It shows which criteria were (or weren’t) found in the record. Just click on the match score in your results.
⚠️ Note: This feature is still in BETA. Some results may appear twice — we’re working on it. Coming soon: Summary (only with Carerix Private AI) and the option to add notes.
✅ Bugfix: JobDigger vacancies now transfer info again
A bug prevented automatic transfer of JobDigger information into Carerix, forcing users to copy details manually. That’s fixed — the flow now works as intended.
✅ Default Lead and Opportunity phases
The standard functionality for Lead and Opportunity phases is now live. When you mark a phase as default, it will automatically be set as the first phase when creating a new Lead or Opportunity.
✅ Working hours unit available in all supported languages
Previously, the “working hours unit” dropdown in placements was empty if the user language was not English or Dutch. This has been fixed, and values now display correctly in all supported languages.
