Carerix AI is your smart assistant. You decide how deep you want to dive into the technology. There are three ways to put the AI to work. You start from the prompt library within Carerix AI.
1. Use the Prompt Library (Convenient)
Don’t feel like coming up with an instruction yourself? Open the Prompt Library via the 'Prompts' button in the chat window. Here, ready-made commands for candidates, vacancies, and matches are waiting for you.
2. Just start typing (Freestyle)
You don’t have to be an expert. Simply type what you need, just like sending a message to a colleague. Click on new, choose a title and the entity where you want to use the prompt, and start typing.
Example: "Summarize this file" or "Write an email to this client."
3. Instruction and structure
The more specific you make the prompt in Carerix AI, the better and more structured the output will be. By including a few clarifications in the instruction, you ensure the output always follows the same, fixed structure.
4. Use technical fields (Exact & Specific)
Do you want to be sure that the AI looks at a specific field (such as an additional field or a specific company name)? Then use variables. This prevents the AI from having to search for context itself.
How? Use
