Certain integrations and dashboards in Carerix load information from external sources. If your browser blocks these third-party cookies, a secure connection cannot be established, preventing you from logging in or viewing the content.
These issues are primarily seen in the Google Chrome browser due to the recent rollout of Chrome 144 (released January 2026). This version introduces a new "User Choice" privacy prompt. If you selected the "Higher Privacy" option, Chrome now blocks third-party cookies by default across your entire browser, which prevents these Carerix components from loading correctly.
How to Fix This in Google Chrome
Currently, these issues are primarily seen in the Chrome browser. You can resolve this by adjusting your settings:
Open Google Chrome.
Go to the Chrome cookie settings chrome://settings/cookies (copy and paste it into your address bar
Option A: Select "Allow third-party cookies".
Option B (Recommended if you want to keep blocking other cookies): Scroll down to "Customized behaviors" and click 'Add' next to "Allowed to use third-party cookies".
