🔧 Release Notes Carerix 5.392

Each update includes improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and the user experience. Not all changes are directly visible, but whenever functionality or the interface is affected, we highlight this below.

Changed functioning of custom dropdown fields with +100 items

Does a dropdown list contain more than 100 items? It will then automatically change into a search field to optimize performance. Type at least two characters to retrieve search results. Carerix will then display the 10 most relevant options. By continuing to type, you can refine your search until you find the correct option. If you don't find what you are looking for, it is most likely not an option. Ask your system administrator for more information or to add you desired option.

🔗 Bulk Parent/Child Relationships for Companies

To streamline the management of corporate hierarchies, you can now create Parent/Child relationships in bulk. We have enabled the multi-select wizard within the 'Link' action on company records. After selecting whether you wish to create a parent or child link, you can search for and select multiple company records simultaneously to establish these relationships in one go.

👁️ My Assistant: Expanded Panel & Field Logic

As part of our ongoing transition to the new "My Assistant" detail views, we have added panel functionality to Company, Match, and Contact previews. This mirrors the logic already available for Job and Candidate previews.

Fields are now grouped into logical panels based on your record settings. To provide a more personalized experience, users can now re-arrange the order of these panels and expand or collapse them as needed.

👁️ My Assistant: Groups and Campaigns added to Candidate Previews

We have added Groups and Campaigns to the Candidate previews in My Assistant. This feature introduces a more streamlined design compared to the standard record details.

Instead of displaying a long list of checkboxes, we have implemented a "chip" layout. In read mode, you will only see the groups and campaigns currently assigned to the candidate. When you click to edit, the full list of available options—including category headers—will appear. Simply select an item to activate it and display it in the preview.
