🎨Preferred channel of communication for candidates
As announced on previous release notes, the preferred channel of communication registration now can be done on the candidate preview in My Assistant. Register the way a candidate prefers to be contacted. Helpful nowadays for the recruiter to understand what is the most effective way to reach out while in the future this will be beneficial with the implementation of Carerix Automations and Conversations/ Omni-channel communication features.
🤖 Minor Improvements and Bug Fixes
Each release includes minor improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and user experience. Not all changes are visible to the end user. If a release contains changes directly affecting software behavior and user experience, they will be briefly explained below.
The GDPR indicator in My Assistant now is placed directly next to the status- and engagement score indicators in the preview. It immediately shows if the GDPR status is OK or not OK.
On agencies we have added an extra field for company website, this makes it easier to register agency specific websites or landingpages.
With the enabling of the candidate review stars in the preview and in the file header we have removed the numeric field which was introduced in one of the previous releases.
⚠️ Please note: the stars and rating feature on candidates is hidden now for Belgian customers by default. If you want to use it anyway, please contact customer support.
Due to a design flaw the copy text button for sent messages in Carerix AI was not visible. This was fixed.
Carerix AI Prompt descriptions now can contain up to 5000 characters.
A UI glitch that caused the right side modal of My assistant overlay the email pop up window has been addressed. The email window now alwaysshould be on top.
