Carerix AI offers you two options:
Carerix Private AI – hosted via AWS (recommended by Carerix)
ChatGPT – via OpenAI
If you still prefer OpenAI, please follow these instructions.
To use Carerix AI with OpenAI, the Administrator must follow these steps:
Log in at https://platform.openai.com/ (sign up first if you don’t yet have an API login).
Go to Dashboard → API keys → Create.Create a new secret key using your company name.
Before closing the pop-up, copy this secret key and store it somewhere safe and accessible.
For security reasons, you cannot view this key again in your OpenAI account. If you lose it, you will need to generate a new one.⚠️ Note: new accounts are subject to API limits during the first 48 hours (for Text & Embedding).
This means you may have fewer RPM (requests per minute) and TPM (tokens per minute) available in the first 2 days.

In your Carerix application, go to Maintenance → Marketplace → Carerix AI.
Find Carerix AI in the Marketplace, click it, and install it (by clicking the Install button).
After installation, the Carerix AI feature will appear in the Installed block.Paste the newly created secret key from https://platform.openai.com/ into the field labeled API key.
Click Save.
Then click the Activate button in the top-right corner.
Please log out and log back in to make “Carerix AI” visible (to the left of your quick search bar).
You can also configure permissions per user role via the Marketplace.
By default, all options are enabled for Admins.
