Carerix supports integration with external (Recruitment) Marketing Automation tools that calculate Engagement Scores based on candidate activities. These scores can be displayed in Carerix using the (Engagement) 'Score' field, available in the My Assistant Candidate Preview.
👉🏻 To enable the engagement score field:
Navigate to Carerix Settings.
Locate the setting under the 'Seamless' category.
Change the value from NO to YES.
Save the settings and refresh the page.
The Engagement Score field will then become visible in the Carerix UI.
⚠️Note: The engagement score field is read-only in the Carerix user interface and cannot be edited manually. Updates must be made via the Carerix API to ensure recruiters have real-time access to candidate engagement levels.
The field is called engagementScore and is available on the CREmployee entity. GraphQL API information for developers can be found here:
