The Carerix Dashboards are available by default in your Carerix application. However, they may not yet be installed or activated, or your user role may not have the necessary permissions. With an administrator role, you can install and activate the dashboards from the Marketplace and configure user roles.

When the dashboards are activated for a user role, the dropdown menu with available dashboards will appear in the top bar, to the left of the quick search function.

Follow the steps below to install the Carerix Dashboards in your application:

👉🏽 Log in to Carerix as a user with the administrator role.

👉🏽 Navigate to the Marketplace, which you can find in the left menu under 'Maintenance'.

👉🏽 Select Carerix Dashboards and click on 'Install' in the upper right corner.

👉🏽 Once the installation is complete, the dashboards still need to be activated. Click the 'Activate' button in the upper right corner. Activation is immediate. After this, refresh the page (F5) and you will be automatically logged in again.

👉🏽 After logging in again, go to the 'User Roles' menu. Ensure that Carerix Dashboards is enabled for each relevant user role. To do this, open the respective user roles. The Carerix Dashboards option is located at the bottom. Don't forget to save the changes to the user role by clicking 'Save'!

👉🏽 Refresh the page once more to see the Dashboard menu appear at the top (next to 'My Assistant').

If you no longer wish to use the standard dashboards, you can disable them via the Marketplace menu.

👉🏽 Go to the 'Maintenance' section in the left menu and open the Marketplace.

👉🏽 In the 'Installed' section, select 'Carerix Dashboards'.

👉🏽 Click 'Disable' in the upper right corner.
