🎨 Candidate Review and Engagement Score Now Available in My Assistant

In the previous release, the fields for Engagement Score and Candidate Review were announced; now, they are available in My Assistant. The candidate review functionality, which allows you to score a candidate with 1 to 5 stars, is now accessible in the candidate and match previews. The score can also be adjusted there. The same score is displayed in the candidate and match overviews in My Assistant. Additionally, the stars are now available in the candidate details and can be modified there as well. You’ll find them in the dossier title directly behind the candidate's name.

💡 Note: The following features are still in development:

  • If you prefer not to see or use the stars, we are working on a solution to allow you to disable them via settings soon.

  • Sorting candidates in ascending or descending order based on the number of stars.

  • Filtering candidates by the number of stars.

You will be informed about these updates in future release notes.

🤖 Minor Improvements and Bug Fixes

Each release includes minor improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and user experience. Not all changes are visible to the end user. If a release contains changes directly affecting software behavior and user experience, they will be briefly explained below.

  • The Carerix AI prompt menu did not appear in Firefox; this issue has been resolved.

  • When anonymizing candidates, matches could become invisible if they were marked as confidential, as the responsible party was also deleted. The anonymization process has been adjusted to ensure the responsible party remains, as it does not contain personal information.

  • From now on, when a bank account number is changed, a system activity will be created to log who made the change, when, and for which candidate.

  • The Social Browser now processes contact details again, as a bug previously prevented these from being saved when creating or updating candidates via the browser plugin.

  • In several areas, we’ve ensured that HTML code is no longer displayed in the user interface. For the message displayed in a match (depending on the match phase), HTML is no longer supported except for <BR> (line breaks). Tags such as <B> (bold) and <I> (italics) are no longer possible. This is a security measure to prevent unwanted (unsafe) scripting.
