🛡️ Security: Insight into active sessions of your user account

It is now possible for the user to view an overview of all active sessions for their user account from the Account Security menu.

Through this menu, the user can terminate individual sessions or all sessions simultaneously. Note that there may be a small delay of a few minutes between ending a session from the Account Security menu and the actual termination of the session in the respective browser.

🤖 Minor improvements and bug fixes

Each release includes minor improvements and bug fixes that enhance performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect software behavior and the user experience, they will be briefly explained below.

  • The following updates for My Assistant now are available:

    • Columns for Contacts are now visible in the list views for Matches and Jobs. In this way it is easy to see who is the main point of contact for the particular match or job.

    • Leads & Opportunites in My Assistant now have a preview. Click on the name of the Lead or Opportunity and the right side modal shows up. With the usual inline edit feature it is possible to change values for shown fields right away!

  • In the Calendar/meetings (new style) an additional field 'internal notes' is added. This field can be used to add any comment, note or scribble which will not be shared externally. Values of this field will only be visible in your Carerix meeting, not in your Microsoft or Google calendar. Note: field for now is excluded from the Carerix datasource product and therefore should not be used for BI purposes.

  • It is now possible to filter Clients based on the type of attachments present and attachments with a specific creation date.

  • Within the Campaign functionality (including MailChimp), the primary email address of a contact or candidate is now always used—provided a primary address has been specified. You can mark an email address as primary by clicking the star at the end of the row. Only one address can be marked as primary. If no primary address is present, the first available business email address will be used, and if that is not available, the first available personal email address will be used. To avoid disrupting the previous functionality, this feature is available after activating the setting `campaignsUsePrimaryEmailAddresses`. This can be found in the settings menu under the General section.

  • Due to a bug, some users were no longer able to receive in-app Carerix notifications, such as these release notes. This has been fixed, and messages should now be delivered again.
