My Assistant: Match Cleanup tool | Calendar 2.0: custom recurrency patterns | New Rich Text Editor | New Session Timeout warning

Updated over a year ago

📈My Assistant Dashboard new feature: 'Match Cleanup'

We've added a new feature to the dashboard—an automatic alert system that signals inconsistencies in matches: the Match Cleanup tool. This tool will help you to close open matches for candidates that are already placed or on vacancies that are already filled with sufficient hires. Effectively closing open matches will help improve your data quality as well as it can help improving the candidate experience. More information about the match cleanup can be found in the relevant documentation on our help center.

⏰New: Session Timeout warning

To help users prevent being logged out from the system without storing the work you did we have implemented a Session Timeout warning. 5 minutes prior to your session ending you get a popup in Carerix warning you for the session timeout. Clicking the 'Ok' button or closing the popup will prolong your session and prevents you from being logged out.

⚠️Please note: If you work in multiple tabs each tab uses the same session, however every tab has its own session timeout counter. The popup only appears in the tab where the session timeout time is approaching. When the time expires your session will be terminated on all tabs.

🎨New Rich Text Editor for Publication Texts

In preparation for further functional and esthetical enhancements we are starting to renew the Rich Text Editors in context of Carerix. We will do this gradually over all customers in the upcoming period. We have split the renewal over different parts and we will start with renewing the publication text fields (in vacancies and publications). Other places (a.o. Email) will follow in a later stage.

This renewal means that besides a different look & feel and some technological changes also feature wise there are a couple of things to bare in mind especially with regard to the controls we offer in the text editor:

  • special character selection tool is not available anymore

  • horizontal line insertion is not available anymore

  • font size and font selection is not available anymore

These controls are considered superfluous as this kind of styling usually take place on the website.

🗓️ Calendar 2.0: custom recurring patterns for events

To provide more flexibility in creating recurrency patterns for your events the 'custom' option is added to the new Carerix Calendar. Simply click on the 'does not repeat' option and the drop down will appear. Apart from the default options (which are available for a longer time already) the custom option is added. Selecting custom option will open a pop-up which enables you to create your own custom recurrency pattern.

🎙️Carerix AI (in pilot): New voice-to-text feature

Carerix AI now offers the possibility to record your voice and convert your speech into text. The recorded text can be used by the AI model. The output easily can be copied into Carerix.

🗨️ Carerix AI is a new feature which currently is in pilot stage. If you are interested in joining this pilot, please contact your customer success manager.

🤖 Smaller improvements and bug fixes:

Every release includes minor improvements and bugfixes that improve the performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect software behavior and user experience they will be briefly noted below.

  • We have added two additional trigger events to add up to the automation in relation to calendar meeting, more specifically when the type of a meeting is set or changed or the result of a meeting is set or changed:

    • IF EVENT - Meeting TYPE is set to.. <table>

    • IF EVENT - Meeting RESULT is set to.. <table>
