🎨 New UI updates
The following elements in the UI have been updated:
All remaining previews in the files section of the left side menu are updated with the new header. The following changes apply:
Iconography and the use of colors now becomes consistent with the rest of the application.
The new header puts more emphasize on the actual status/stage of the record by using the recently introduced chip view.
Related files - if applicable/available are displayed so it is immediately clear what stakeholders are involved. The related files are clickable and directly accessible.
Actions are moved into the header. Print the records details or create activities related to the active record directly from the preview header. No need anymore to click through to the activities tab of the preview.
The bodies of the previews are also subject to changes in a later stage. Therefore it might be possible that there is some duplicate information for the time being. For example the candidate status and working hours are being displayed in the previews body as well.
⚠️ Note: We apply a staged roll out for new UI elements and your system might not yet have them. In that case you do not have to worry as we will bring them to you any time soon! If you would like to be included as an early adopter, please contact your customer success manager.
🤖 Small improvements and bug fixes:
Every release includes minor improvements and bugfixes that improve the performance and user experience. Not all of them are visible to the end user. If the release contains changes that directly affect software behavior and user experience they will be briefly noted below.
An issue with the send-list pop up window being too small to show the list of available email templates has been resolved.
An issue causing users not being able to send out emails when a Talentpool is active in the contextbar was resolved
A UI bug with office drop down text being displayed twice, making the text unreadable was resolved.
