Are you using a Microsoft Mail server and do you get an error message when retrieving mail, there is a good chance that Microsoft has implemented an update for you.
The solution
- Log in to your Carerix application 
- Go to Maintenance → Settings 
- Check whether the IMAP OAuth2 function is activated. 
- If not, send a message to support@carerix.com and we will activate it for you.

Why are you receiving this error message?
Microsoft has an update planned for 2022 where OAuth2 (two-step verification) becomes mandatory. It seems that this update is being rolled out earlier than communicated by Microsoft.
