To enable email or calendar synchronization between Google Workspace mailboxes and Carerix, Google requires you to list Carerix as a trusted app in your Google Workspace domain.
This guide explains the steps to make Carerix a trusted app in your Google Workspace account. You will need administrator rights to the Google Workspace domain you want to synchronize with Carerix.
Instructions to add Carerix as a trusted app
Steps to be taken by a Google Workspace Admin:
Log in to https://admin.google.com
Go to Security → API Permissions → Manage Third-Party Apps Access
[Google Admin Console Security → API Permissions page]

Select the found Carerix application and click Add:

Verify that the App Name displayed in the list is "Carerix"
Ensure that Carerix is marked as trusted and is allowed to use all Google services

Important: Not having Carerix listed as a trusted app in your Google Workspace domain will result in non-functioning email and calendar synchronization.
Why is this required?
From June 2020, Google requires all IMAP mail synchronization via OAuth2 authentication. Carerix supports this secure method. To use this method, Carerix must be registered as a trusted app in your Google Workspace domain.
