What to do when you mailbox quota is exceeded

What can happen is that a message addressed to you does not arrive. The sender receives the following message:
Hi. This is the email-send program at provider.nl.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<your.address@example.com>:
Recipient's mailbox is full, message returned to sender.

This means that your mailbox (on the server) is full. This is not within Carerix, but happens on the mailserver, where Carerix gets it mail from. This is usually caused by the setting for "keep a copy on the server" being incorrect.
