The Administrator can add, change or remove a logo for reports in your Carerix application.
- Click "Maintenance"
- Click "Offices"
- Click "All Offices"
- Select a office record
- Click "Attachments"
- Upload logo, you can drag and drop a file into bottom of the screen
- Choose type: Photo
- Fill in description: "templateHeaderLogo" (exactly as it is written here)
- Click button [Save]
- Log out and back in again
How to remove the logo
- Go to "Attachments" of your main office
- Select the Logo
- Click button [Action] and choose "Remove"
Logo not visible in reports?
When the new logo doesn't show directly you can do the following to solve it.
- Check the description (take note of capital letters), "templateHeaderLogo"
- Your browser can still remember the logo within its temporary memory. To solve this you'll need to clear the cache/cookies.
