The Administrator can add, change or remove a logo for reports in your Carerix application.

  • Click "Maintenance"
  • Click "Offices"
  • Click "All Offices"
  • Select a office record
  • Click "Attachments"
  • Upload logo,  you can drag and drop a file into bottom of the screen
  • Choose type: Photo
  • Fill in description: "templateHeaderLogo" (exactly as it is written here)
  • Click button [Save
  • Log out and back in again
  • Go to "Attachments" of your main office
  • Select the Logo
  • Click button [Action] and choose "Remove"

Logo not visible in reports?

When the new logo doesn't show directly you can do the following to solve it.

  • Check the description (take note of capital letters), "templateHeaderLogo" 
  • Your browser can still remember the logo within its temporary memory. To solve this you'll need to clear the cache/cookies.
