Use the Anonymization Tool to delete personal data of candidates and contacts. This is essential for GDPR compliance: when someone does not consent to storing their data, you must be able to delete their record. The tool works for individual records and in bulk.
IMPORTANT: Deleted data cannot be restored. Make sure you select the correct records before anonymizing.
Activation (for Administrator)
The Administrator must complete three steps:
Enable the Anonymization Tool: Go to Settings and enable the Anonymization Tool.
Choose fields and related items: Determine which fields are deleted (for example, attachments, education, skills, work history).
Grant user access: By default, only Administrators have access. Grant access to other users via the user role settings.
How to Use
After activation, users can access the tool in two ways:
Per candidate or contact
Click the Anonymize button in the record.
Multiple records at once
Select multiple records in the overview → click Actions → choose Anonymize (Candidate or Contact).
