🔧 What’s New in Carerix version 5.399?
We’re constantly fine-tuning Carerix to boost performance and smooth out your daily workflow. While a lot of magic happens behind the scenes, here are the highlights you’ll actually notice in this update.
🔐 My Assistant Tasks: show related records in list
To help you identify your tasks at a glance, we’ve added related records directly to the task page in My Assistant. Now, you can instantly see which candidate, contact, or file a task belongs to.
Space-saving tip: If the list of related records is long, simply hover over the column and a tooltip will reveal the complete list! 📝

🧠 AI in My Assistant: prompt shortcuts for related records
We’ve made our AI even more accessible! You can now trigger AI prompts for related records directly from your Match list. Want a quick summary of the company, contact, or job without leaving your overview? Just hover over the name, click the "meatball" menu (three dots), and let the AI do the heavy lifting. It’s easy, simple, and lightning-fast! ⚡

🌅 Configuration Profiles: options added for city of birth & country of birth
Managing candidate data just got more flexible. In the Configuration Profiles, we’ve added specific options for the City of Birth and Country of Birth fields. You can now set these fields to mandatory, hidden, or required based on the record’s status. Cleaner data, happier recruiters! 🌍
📅 Small changes, improvements & bug fixes:
We’ve also squashed some bugs and made small tweaks to keep things running smoothly:
LinkedIn Links: Fixed an issue where LinkedIn URLs in My Assistant didn't always open correctly. Click away! 🔗
Lead Management: We’ve increased the number of fields available for Leads and Opportunities in My Assistant, so you can manage them entirely from one screen. 📈
AI Prompt Manager: Fixed a "broken UI" bug where the 'Available in' label was missing.
Meeting Links: Resolved a glitch that prevented linking meetings to matches. 🤝
My Assistant Owner Updates: You can now correctly set an owner for a record even if one wasn't previously assigned.
Data Previews: Fixed a bug where technical IDs were showing up instead of actual values in additional info fields. (Note: We're still working on this for read-only mode—stay tuned!) 🛠️
