🔧 What’s New in Carerix version 5.398?
We’re constantly fine-tuning Carerix to boost performance and smooth out your daily workflow. While a lot of magic happens behind the scenes, here are the highlights you’ll actually notice in this update.
🔐 MFA: Remember your device for 8 days
Tired of reaching for your phone every single time you log in? We’ve added a 'trust this device' option for Multi-Factor Authentication. Once verified, you won’t be prompted for a one-time code on that specific device for the next 8 days.
During the login process trust your device or skip this option:

Note: We are currently working on a toggle for Administrators to manage this setting, which will be arriving soon! 🛡️
🧠 Carerix AI: Real-time context updates
To make your AI experience even smoother, Carerix AI now stays in sync with your edits. If you’re chatting with the AI and realize a birthdate or contact detail is missing, simply add it to the record and hit save. The AI context automatically updates without requiring a full page reload, allowing the assistant to pick up the new info instantly. Talk about a smart workflow! ⚡
📅 Calendar: More clarity when linking related files
No more guessing games! When linking related files within a meeting, we’ve beefed up the results list. You’ll now see extra details like Status, Location, Owner and/or Related Company. This makes it a breeze to distinguish between records, especially when you're dealing with similar names or multiple candidates for the same role. 📍
🌅 Saying a final goodbye to the Old Calendar
Since the launch of Calendar 2.0, we kept the "Old Calendar" option available for those who wanted to double-check their schedules. As the new version is now fully stable and the transition period is (long) overdue, we have officially discontinued the Calendar (old) menu. 🗓️
Note: for systems that do not sync their Carerix Calendar with their Microsoft or Google Calendar, the old stand alone calendar remains active!
📧 Email: Stay focused after you hit 'Send'
We’ve restored a fan-favorite navigation feature! After you forward or reply to an email, Carerix now memorizes your selection. The email preview stays active, and the specific row in your inbox remains highlighted. This keeps your place in the list so you can jump straight to the next message without searching. ✉️
