Each update includes improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and user experience. Not all changes are immediately visible, but whenever functionality or the interface is affected, we’ll highlight it below.

This release introduces several enhancements to improve the reliability and consistency of AI-related features across Carerix:

Consistent inclusion of System Prompt and Context:
The system now always includes the System Prompt and Context information in any message sent via:

This ensures the AI receives complete and accurate context for every interaction, resulting in more relevant and consistent responses.

Improved Prompt Availability in Chat:
The Prompts list in AI Chat is now always displayed when users open a Preview or Details page, ensuring that all available prompts are accessible without interruption.

Performance Investigation – “AI Actions” button delay:
We have investigated the observed delay in displaying the AI Actions button in the My Assistant previews. Improvements have been implemented where possible to reduce this delay and enhance responsiveness.

System Prompt inclusion in all conversations:
The System Prompt is now consistently included in all user conversations and prompt executions, ensuring a uniform AI experience across all modules.

The attendee field starts suggestion only when a minimum of two characters is entered by the user. This is done to improve performance whilst at the same time - especially for bigger data sets - suggestions based on 1 character are considered useless most of the time.

The copy prompt feature was out of order. We have addressed the issue and you can now easily copy existing prompts to re-use it in a new one!

We resolved an issue where the AI Actions button was not visible in the Vacancy Details → Assisted Matching → Preview section.
