🔧 Release Notes Carerix 5.386
Each update includes improvements and bug fixes to enhance performance and user experience. Not all changes are immediately visible, but whenever functionality or the interface is affected, we’ll highlight it below.
✅ NEW: Carerix Private AI – AI Actions
To bring Carerix AI even closer to you as a user, we are introducing Carerix AI Actions. These are frequently used actions that Carerix AI can perform for you via a standard prompt. Examples include summarizing a match, creating an interview plan or questionnaire, or performing a fit/gap analysis of a match. We are now making these actions more accessible by adding AI function buttons in various places in the UI — for example, directly in a record, in the preview, and in My Assistant.
⚠️ Please note: AI Actions are only available in combination with Carerix Private AI.

✅ Indeed Apply: settings in Marketplace
The settings for Indeed Apply have been removed from Carerix Medium. You can now find them exclusively in the Carerix Marketplace.
✅ Bugfix: Search text remains after selecting from suggestion list
When using suggestion lists in text fields (for example, in email or in the participants field of an appointment), the search text used to remain visible after selecting one of the suggestions. We’ve fixed this: now, when you select a suggestion, your search text automatically disappears.
✅ Bugfix: Sorting by branch did not include all records
When sorting by branch, some records were occasionally excluded from the count. This has been fixed — all data is now included again in the count.
✅ Bugfix: Email integration dropdown shows correct mail provider
After setting up your email integration, the (read-only) dropdown for selecting your mail provider (Microsoft or Google) always displayed Google — even if you were connected to a Microsoft mailbox. To avoid confusion, this has been corrected.
