🛠️ Release notes Carerix 5.375
Each update contains major and/or minor improvements and bug fixes to optimize performance and user experience. Not all changes are immediately visible. If an update affects the functionality or interface of the software, we briefly explain it below.
✅ Multiselect component for additional fields
Until now, when creating a multi-choice additional field, you could only choose a checkbox list. When the list gets longer, this isn't always a pleasant or desirable solution. That's why we're introducing the multiselect box, which allows only the selected values to be shown outside of edit mode.
You activate the multiselect box by ticking the checkbox for 'Multiselectbox' in the table configuration – see screenshot.
💡 Note: This only works in combination with a checkbox list.
✅ Improved user experience in case of 'errors' caused by browser extensions
Using browser extensions can sometimes cause error messages in Carerix. This is annoying, especially since it's often unclear which extension is causing the conflict – and the errors are usually not critical.
With a recent change, we ensure that non-critical error messages caused by extensions are no longer shown, improving the user experience.
✅ Bug fix for correct display of expiration date of GDPR consent for new term tags in candidate file
Due to a bug, the expiration date for consent to store personal data was displayed incorrectly when using the newly introduced tags for 20 years, 20 months, and 12 years. The date shown in the candidate file for these three terms was always the same as the date the consent was given. This has now been fixed. It only affected the date shown in the candidate file — the date in the candidate overview was already displayed correctly.
