Activities in Carerix help you to manage all types of communications with your stakeholders. Meetings, tasks, notes and email are all seperate entities in your Carerix system. As they are an important part of your recruitment process they cannot be excluded from our recruiter on the go solution.
All activites have their own overview/filter menu in Seamless for mobile. So a user has always the opportunity to look up his/her activities. It depends on the user role permissions if one is also entitled to see activities of other users/colleagues.
Which filters are available depends on the type of activity you are looking at.
Activity creation and editing works for all kind of activities in the same way: open the candidate, contact or company to create an activity for and click on the big blue/white icon on the bottom of the details page:
For editing one has to open the particular activity and click on the three dots in the upper right corner, next to th eactivty title/subject:
