Make templates available for different user roles. Templates are only available for the roles Admin and Recruiter by default.

Click Document templates or E-mail templates

Select the desired template and scroll to Available for

1. Click "Maintenance"
2. Click "Templates"
3. Click Document templates or E-mail templates
4. Select the desired template and scroll to Available for
5. Check the desired User role.
6. Click 'Save'

The administrator can change the availability of templates.
