This article explains how to add a logo to your e-mail footer. Adding a logo to the footer ensures a professional look that aligns with your organization's corporate identity.
Procedure
Follow these steps to set up the logo for the e-mail footer:
Go to Management > Offices in the main menu.
Click on the All offices tab.
Open the relevant office.
Please note: Do you use multiple offices? Then perform these steps for each individual office.
Click on the Attachments tab.
Upload the logo (use the .jpg format for this).
Select the option EmailLogo as the attachment type.
In the description field, type the exact text: EmailLogo.
Important: The description must be written exactly like this (case-sensitive and without spaces) to be recognized by the system.
Click the Save button.
Logo not visible?
Have you completed all the steps, but the new logo is still not displayed in the e-mail signature? It is possible that the e-mail signature no longer follows the standard Carerix configuration. This happens, for example, if the signature was customized to specific requirements via a corporate identity integration during delivery.
In that case, the changes have been made in the following location:
Go to the Maintenance menu.
Click on Settings.
Look for the grey block Template parts.
The customized code is programmed under the E-mail footer section.
