RecBi dashboards within Carerix
With the RecBi integration in Carerix, we offer powerful dashboarding capabilities specifically designed for recruitment organizations. These dashboards support both staffing agencies and corporate recruitment teams, aligning with their day-to-day needs.
RecBi provides a wide range of standardized dashboards, built on common recruitment use cases and best practices. Delivered through a Software-as-a-Service model, these dashboards combine data from Carerix with data from other systems, such as mid- and back-office solutions.
In addition to standardized dashboards, custom dashboards can be developed to meet specific customer requirements.
Seamless integration with Carerix
RecBi has been connected to Carerix via the datasource for many years and is already used by many shared customers. With this integration, we make it even easier to access dashboards directly within the Carerix environment.
Dashboards are integrated into the main menu of Carerix, allowing users to quickly access insights. This includes dashboards based on Carerix data as well as dashboards enriched with data from external sources, such as back-office systems or Google Analytics.
Context-aware dashboards within records
As part of this integration, we introduce context-aware dashboard widgets within Carerix. These are compact dashboards that provide insights at the record level.
For vacancies and companies, a dedicated “RecBi” tab is added. Within this tab, users can access a mini-dashboard with relevant statistics for that specific record, including, for example, financial data from back-office systems.
Standardized dashboards (Cloud Dashboards)
All standardized dashboards (referred to as “Cloud Dashboards”) that can be integrated into a Carerix environment are based on proven recruitment use cases and best practices.
