🦸 My Assistant: Configuration Profiles Are Now Applied

A long-awaited feature and frequently asked question: when will My Assistant also consider the existing configuration profiles of Carerix? Well, here it is! Starting from this release, the restrictions and obligations imposed by your configuration profiles will also be enforced when navigating in My Assistant. You don’t need to do anything for this to take effect.

📊 Dashboards: Define Access Per User Role

Another frequently asked question: can we configure access to the new Carerix dashboards per dashboard and per user role instead of an "all or nothing" approach? We're taking a step in that direction! It is now possible to set this up. Define which user role(s) have access to each dashboard and which do not. Read more about setting up user roles for Carerix dashboards.

⚠️ Note: The permissions can already be configured, but they are not yet enforced. Starting April 11, 2025, we will begin enforcing these permissions.

🤖 Minor Improvements and Bug Fixes

Every update includes minor improvements and bug fixes to optimize performance and user experience. Not all changes are immediately visible. If an update affects the functionality or interface of the software, we will briefly explain it below.

Create a placement directly from the Match kanban card in My Assistant if a match has been marked as successfully completed.

✅ In the placements tab of My Assistant, the columns for start and end dates can now be sorted in ascending and descending order.

✅ In compliance with GDPR regulations, we are adding two new retention period tags to the retention table: a 20-month tag, a 20-year tag, and a 12-year tag. Note: Correctly registering the appropriate retention tag is essential for accurately calculating the validity period of consent for storing personal data.

✅ Due to a bug, evaluations in match dossiers were not copied when merging candidates for the "subordinate file." This issue has been resolved.

✅ A bug prevented non-admin users from accessing the contacts menu in Carerix Mobile. This issue has been fixed.

✅ In the new job wizard, the "open vacancies" field always displayed the number 1, even when this was not the actual value due to a UI bug. This has been corrected.

✅ We fixed an issue that caused the "contacts with identical email addresses" report to malfunction.
