With the Indeed Apply dashboard in Carerix it is easy to see how many job ads have been sent to Indeed to be published as well as how many new matches came in via this channel and how many of those matches actually converted into an hire.
Please note: the indeed Apply integration between Carerix is currently in pilot for a subset of customers. If you are amongst this subset, you have been informed. The pilot will be reviewed by Carerix and Indeed Q1/Q2 2025. Based on the outcome, the Indeed integration for Carerix can be rolled out to other customers as well. As of now - January 2025 - for the time being no new customers will be activated on this Indeed integration.
Jobs sent, active matches and hire ratio
The counters on top of the dashboard show three different kind of numbers.
The jobs sent to indeed chart counts the number of jobs that have been pushed by Carerix to Indeed automatically. Please note: for agencies pushed jobs are not published automatically by Indeed. Read more on this topic here:
The active matches via Indeed Apply chart shows the number of active matches that have been created via Indeed Apply. An active match is a match with a stage that is not configured to be a final stage.
The hire ratio for matches via Indeed Apply shows the percentage of all matches via Indeed Apply that eventually resulted in an actual hire. A match is considered a hire in case the stage it has is configured to be successfully closed and a final stage.
The Indeed Apply Active Match Funnel
The Indeed Apply Active Match Funnel shows a funnel of all Indeed Apply matches and where they currently are in the process. This is shown per match stage group. We show the percentage of matches. When hovering on the segments the (total) count of matches can be displayed too.
When clicking on the Match Rejection Funnel button a new funnel graph will be shown representing the stage groups from which matches have been processed to a stagegroup that is considered a rejection or aborton of the process without success.
Please note: labels and information in funnel charts might be displayed sloppy or unreadible due to the (low) percentage/number of matches in a particular stage group. You can but the chart full screen to try if this makes it better (use the upper right corner double arrows). If still hard to read, try to hoover over the segment with the cursor and read the tool tip for more information on the numbers.
The Top 10 Jobs by Active Matches
The Top 10 Jobs by Active Matches graph shows you a bar chart with the 10 jobs that have the most active matches via Indeed Aplly (and the actual number).
The Matches Created Trend
The Matches Created Trend chart shows a bar chart that shows the trend of matches created via Indeed Apply in the last 30 days per day.
