For certain users, you want to set the following:

  • Show lists of owners at various files.
  • Don't show the menu item 'Users' at 'Management'


You can set this:

  1. Log in as Administrator
  2. Go to 'Management' | 'User roles'
  3. Open the concerning role
  4. Select the checkbox at 'Users'
  5. Choose at 'See' for 'All'
  6. Deselect the checkbox at 'Users'
  7. Then click [Save]
