You have a received email opened in Carerix. You want to copy a selection of text to paste it somewhere else.
Problem and reason
Normally when you select some text, you'll have the option to 'cut/copy/paste'. However, this menu is dimmed to indicate that the options aren't available.
The reason for this is that the received email is read-only and can't be changed.
Solution
You are still able to copy the text.
Select the text
Click "ctrl + C" (on apple: "cmd + C")
After that you are able to paste the text as you're used to
