One of our developers will deliver your Carerix application to you before the startdate of the contract. You will receive an email with the URL of the application and a username and password.
Please take the following steps:
- Log in for the first time with the username and password.
- For security reasons we recommend that you change the username and password as soon as possible. To do so choose 'my account' on the right side of the screen.
2.1. Change the username into you own username (1 single word)
2.2. Change the password into your own password (4 characters minimum)
- Activate MasterUser Access
The application is delivered with MasterUser Acces set as in-active. As a result Carerix cannot access your application and provide support until the MasterUser Access is activated by you.
If you wish to allow Carerix access to your application, please activate the MasterUser by changing the setting > *enableMasterUserLogin* > to *YES* in the general settings screen.
You can now take a look at your Carerix application!
Note: We advise that you follow the Carerix training before making any changes in the application.
