You want to plan meetings in Carerix. On this page you can find instructions how to schedule them and invite attendees.

Planning a meeting

You can plan Meetings in the following ways:


  • Click the (+) sign in the bar on the left, next to Calendar

Via the Calendar

Click Calendar to show the meetings.

  • Double-click the day of your choice in the Month display
  • Click and drag-select a day and time in the Week display
  • Click Tab "My Meetings" and Click "New"

Through a File

  1. Open a file and click Tab "Activities".
  2. Click "New"
  3. Select type: Meeting
  4. Fill in remaining fields as you see fit

Add Attendees

  1. Withing a meeting, click Tab "Attendees"
  2. Select "Attendees"
  3. Click "Add"
  4. Click "General" Tab
  5. Click "Select E-mail..."
  6. Select "Appointment invitation (iCal/Outlook)"

Confirm Meeting

The Carerix Calendar does not have an official meeting confirmation like Outlook. However, you can use an e-mail template to imitate this functionality. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Meeting
  2. Click "Select E-mail..."
  3. Select "E-mail APPOINTMENT: Confirmation Meeting"
  4. Modify the template as you see fit and click send

Note: Is a template missing? Ask your administrator to install the e-mail template from the template library.
