- Click "Candidates" or "Contacts".
- Select the desired candidates or contacts (a selection of 0 means everyone is selected).
Select action: "Add to newsletter..." and click OK.
- Select the desired Newsletter and click "Add".
- Click a candidate or contact and go to the General tab.
- Check the desired newsletters.
- Use search lines to check the files for empty e-mail address fields first.
- You can only subscribe 5000 people at once. For more subscriptions, repeat the steps above. Use search lines to filter out existing subscribers.
- An overview of all subscribers is at the Subscribers tab in the Newsletter.
- If you use the Carerix portal, candidates can subscribe themselves through your website.
